Ann's global business continuity planning (BCP) and pandemic planning experience with people, culture, environments and risks includes numerous countries across Europe and Asia, Canada, USA, Australia, Mexico, and Brazil.

Ann is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM) and Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), all of which are internationally recognized designations in the field and works as a consultant in the industry.

Ann was the President of the Toronto Disaster Recovery Information Exchange from 2006 to 2009 and is a member of the Ontario Association of Emergency Managers. She chairs Centennial College’s Emergency Management and Public Safety Institute Steering Committee. She speaks regularly at conferences on Business Continuity, Emergency Response, Health Emergency Planning and Security to both business and government.
